From the Presidents desk:

Greetings fellow chapter members:  This last year was considerably more trying than any past year to date. Due to the economic times and our need to tailor our activities correspondingly we have made some difficult decisions that have paid off.

We let go the JD tractor that we started with way back when because of the high cost of maintaining an aging behemoth of its caliber. We bit the bullet, traded in the JD and purchased a new IH tractor thru a governmental program that discounts to non profit organizations. We also decided to reduce our overhead by moving to a new storage unit for our equipment. We looked at every process that we administered to and did what we had to do. These decisions turned out better than we could hope for in every way.

Times are tuff, but we will endeavor to perceivers just like all of you.

Fortunately we will not cheap out on the annual spring banquet. We are planning a larger event with even better guns, different raffles and auctions then ever before. Get your application in early and qualify for the early bird drawings of prizes and packets of raffle tickets. Bring your parents, grandparents and kids. This is a family event.

The annual banquet is the time to shake off the winter blues and eat , drink and be merry. So come on and sign up, YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO!!
